Claim
You have reason to complain? Please contact our customer service (within 30 days of receiving the goods).
Tell us your order number, the reason for the complaint and your contact details. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Returns
You have the right to return goods purchased online for 14 days.
Unsealed audio and video data carriers as well as all items that you bought at festivals, concerts or pop-up stores are excluded.
Shipments that are not prepaid will not be accepted.
Postage of the return
You will bear the regular costs of the return, unless we have sent you the wrong or defective goods. In this case we will send you a prepaid DHL return address label by email.

Please enclose the invoice that you received with the delivery with your return.
The processing of your return and the repayment can take several days. Thank you for your understanding.

Refund
A refund can only be made if we have received the goods back in perfect condition within 14 days and the goods have been returned in good time. We will refund the same way we received the payment.
Caution for cash on delivery: In order to transfer your money back, we need your bank account details. You are welcome to send us these by email.

Exchange
An exchange is unfortunately not possible. You would have to reorder the desired goods to get a different item or size.
